Refund and Return Policy

Returns

At Viovelora, we take pride in the quality and aesthetic of our home decor pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Since many of our items are sculptural and delicate, we recommend taking a photo of the damaged item and the packaging for faster processing.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
